Position Type: Part-time/Full-time (3 days per week, with the option to increase to 5 days)
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing our marketing strategy. Together with the marketing team, you’ll ensure a consistent brand experience, increase our visibility, and attract new audiences. You will work closely with both internal and external partners to powerfully position our unique vision for events in the market. You are responsible for No Art, Wavy, SONA, and No Art Mainline.
Responsibilities
Developing Marketing Strategy and Planning
- You’ll create a clear marketing strategy that aligns with No Art’s mission and vision, building our position in the events industry.
- You’ll develop and execute marketing and communication plans that effectively position our brand creatively and strategically.
- You’ll use data and market research to make informed decisions and optimize marketing efforts as needed.
Social Media Strategy and Execution
- You’ll be responsible for developing a cohesive social media strategy across platforms, aligning it with brand goals and marketing objectives.
- You’ll create and oversee a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely execution, while also monitoring engagement metrics and adjusting as needed.
- You’ll work closely with the content and design teams to ensure all social media posts are on-brand, creative, and engaging.
Leadership and Team Development
- You’ll lead the marketing team daily, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
- You’ll support talent development within the team, ensuring clear division of responsibilities so that goals are achieved together.
Optimizing Customer Experience
- By centering the customer experience, you’ll create a unique and consistent customer journey that reflects the No Art brand.
- You’ll enhance both online and offline customer experiences to strengthen engagement and loyalty within our target audience.
Conducting Market Research and Trend Analysis
- You’ll conduct market research and analyze trends within the events and music sectors to gain insights into the market, customer needs, and competitors.
- You’ll collaborate with external research firms to gather market data and transform it into actionable insights and growth opportunities for No Art.
Managing Promotion and Branding
- Responsible for No Art’s promotion and brand positioning, you’ll develop innovative marketing campaigns to increase our visibility.
- Working with our creative team, you’ll ensure branding activities set our events apart and strategically place them in the market.
Monitoring Results and Optimizing Campaigns
- You’ll monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and customer interactions to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Regularly reporting to management, you’ll propose adjustments to further optimize future campaigns and strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably within the events or creative sector, is required.
- You possess strong leadership skills and experience leading and developing a marketing team.
- You’re strategic and creative, with sharp insights into market trends and customer needs.
- You have extensive knowledge of market research, audience analysis, and campaign optimization.
- You’re an effective communicator, both written and verbal, and can maintain relationships at all levels.
- Residing in or around Amsterdam.
